In the evening before  going to bed you will put . Then, you should wear some light plastic gloves and over them some cotton gloves. In the morning you can wash your hands and then you will put without covering. If the skin is particularly dry during the day You can apply without covering. During the day, if You have to do some domestic works, You have to cover your hands, before with some light plastic gloves , then with some gloves in latex.
In the evening, before going to bed you will put covering with the gloves.
